Build Plan with Simple Foods and/or Recipes
Go to the "Plan Settings" section at the bottom of the "Plan" tab. Go to the section "Type of suggestions". Select "Simple foods" if you want the recommendations to indicate only the ingredients (e.g. chicken and rice). Select "Recipes" if you want the recommendations to be dishes prepared with instructions (e.g.: lemon chicken with yellow rice). The shopping list shows you all the foods you should buy to fulfill your plan on the selected dates. To generate the shopping list, follow the steps below: Go to the "Shopping List" section at the bottom of the "Plan" tab. Select a start date and end date Done! Tip: You can export the shopping list with the top right button to save it in notes or share it by message. Select "equivalencies" if you want the portions to be displayed in cups, palms and tablespoons (their weight in ounces/grams will also be displayed).
