How to set up intermittent fasting?
You can set up intermittent fasting by selecting the meals that work best for you. For example, the best known type of intermittent fasting is 16/8, where you have a 16-hour fasting window (usually skipping breakfast) and 8 hours of feeding (which includes only lunch and dinner).
To select the meals you want:
Go to the bottom of the "plan" tab
Select "plan settings".
Select "number of meals"
Select the meals you prefer
With this configuration, Fitia will calculate only the meals you have selected.
