When and how should I weigh myself?
We recommend weighing yourself at least 1 to 3 times per week for more reliable information.
Use these recommendations to get the most accurate information about your progress:
- The best time to weigh yourself is right after waking up and after going to the bathroom. Preferably, wear similar clothes.
- Always weigh yourself at the same or similar time.

- Remember that our morning weight can be up to 1-3 kg different from our night weight.
- Remember that our weight can also vary by 1-3 kg from one day to the next, due to various factors such as temporary fluid retention (due to sodium overeating, period, etc.). That is why a greater number of weight records makes the information more reliable.
