To manage, change or cancel your subscription, you can go to the "subscriptions" section inside Appstore (if you have iPhone) or Google Play (if you have Android).

Build Plan with Simple Foods and/or Recipes

Go to the "Plan Settings" section at the bottom of the "Plan" tab.
Go to the section "Type of suggestions".
Select "Simple foods" if you want the recommendations to indicate only the ingredients (e.g. chicken and rice).
Select "Recipes" if you want the recommendations to be dishes prepared with instructions (e.g.: lemon chicken with yellow rice).
You can select both alternatives if you wish and the algorithm will display both randomly.

How to generate my Shopping List?

The shopping list shows you all the foods you should buy to fulfill your plan on the selected dates. To generate the shopping list, follow the steps below:

Go to the "Shopping List" section at the bottom of the "Plan" tab.
Select a start date and end date
Done!
Tip: You can export the shopping list with the top right button to save it in notes or share it by message.

Note: to calculate the shopping list, there must be food items previously loaded or calculated on the selected days. We recommend you to have the "automatic plan" option activated.

Customize Calories

Go to the "Plan Settings" section located at the bottom of the "Plan" tab.
Go to the "Goal, Calories and Macros" section.
You can change the base calories, the recurrent exercise and the caloric deficit (in case of weight loss) or caloric surplus (in case of weight gain)
Click on "Accept".

Calculate Fat % and Measurements

Go to the "progress" tab
Touch "Add Record".
Touch "Fat %".
You can record your fat % and measurements directly
If you want Fitia to calculate your fat %, select the "Formula" option and Fitia will ask you for your neck and waist measurement (if you are male) or neck, waist and hip (if you are female)
Click "Accept".

Note: if you wish to modify previous records, you can tap the "view records" option below the "OK" button.

Question 6

Use equivalences (palms, cups, etc.) or ounces/grams

Accepted Answer

Go to the "Plan Settings" section at the bottom of the "plan" tab.
Go to the "portion system" section.
Select "equivalencies" if you want the portions to be displayed in cups, palms and tablespoons (their weight in ounces/grams will also be displayed).
Select "ounces/grams" if you want the servings to appear only in ounces/grams.
Once set, you will need to redo the meals with the redo button (circular arrow on the side of each meal) for the new setting to be applied.
